Tribal people consumed it – study results
Many tribes in Nigeria and Cameroon have been consuming African mango for centuries in quite a large amounts. One trait of these tribes is that they had a slim build and reduced risk of cardiovascular disease. This statement was made by the primary researchers associated in the study.
As per the study reports, subjects taking 150 mg of African mango extracts twice daily revealed considerable improvement in their body fat, weight and waist circumference. Moreover, it improved their blood glucose, LDL cholesterol, adinopectin, leptin and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels without any changes in their diet or routine workouts.
How does African mango work?
African mango contains an ingredient that enhances the effectiveness of leptin hormone in human body. Leptin conveys a message from the brain that you are full, so ‘quit eating’. Obese people have leptin level similar to normal weight people, but they have high levels of CRP that combines with leptin and hence the indication of being full is not effective.
African mango seed extract lowers CRP levels, so leptin is available and thus food intake is controlled. With African mango supplement you can combat poor food choices like junk foods.
Besides weight loss, Irvingia helps diabetic people in controlling sugar levels. The extract has compounds that absorb high-quantity of sugar thus after meals blood sugar level decreases. For those diabetic people, who do not have to take insulin, Irvingia capably offers weight loss issue and controls insulin. However, it is recommended that diabetic people must take doctors advice before they try African Mango supplement.
